Who are you

Keeping your composure…

Composure is remaining calm, staying centred, remaining tranquil and not being reactive in what is transpiring in your life.

Composure takes practise and confidence.

A composed person take a pause, a breath, they will take their time before engaging in what is transpiring.

A composed person will respond in a way that aligns to what is their truth, what they believe, what they value.  The will not be reactive, manipulative, or deceptive.  This does not mean that they do not feel unsettled, it means the actively regain their composure and remind themselves of who they are, of what the value, of what they believe.

To be able to keep your composure, you will need to know yourself well, to figure out what you stand for, what you believe in, and resist the urge to react.  Reactive energy escalates situations.  Know your own mind, know your own thoughts, know who you are, and trust yourself.

Staying composed in difficult situations, challenging interactions, demanding circumstances takes practise and faith, faith in you.

Practise the art of pausing, take a breath, consider what is transpiring, and realign yourself with who you are, what you are about, and what you believe in.

Practise the art of recognition, recognising what has risen within you, what you have reacted to, and realign yourself with who you are, what you are about, and what you believe.

Practise developing a greater sense of self and belief in you, so that it becomes easier to trust the decisions you make, and the actions you take.   Even if your decision appears difficult, if you decide to trust yourself and base your decision in this trust, and what is transpiring will  lead you to the next opportunity, the next journey, the next big adventure, of your life!

Practise the art of being divinely guided through what you are experiencing, that this experience, is what you have chosen to experience, to evolve through, and realign yourself with who you are, what you are about, and what you believe.

Practise the art of keeping your composure, honour and value what your contribution in what happens in your life, be confident in who you are, and what you believe.

This is what the universe wants for you, this is what the divine in you wants for you, to trust and believe in you so that you can live your life aligned to your truth, aligned to who you really are, so that you can be you.

I believe in you, you can too.
